Overall it's a great place and I've found many many items priced well below actual value. However make sure to always open the box to make sure the item you want is complete, even if they tell you they already checked. A few games I've gotten there were taped shut. When I tried to open them to make sure they were all there, the clerk told me they check and they were complete. They weren't hence the 4 stars. Each game was missing pieces.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! The owner is awful. I was walking by with my little dog when she saw a rabbit and chased it underneath a shipping container in back. Somehow she got stuck underneath and as I was calling her and trying to get her out the owner actually CALLED the POLICE on me. Luckily the officer was kind but what kind of community building is that? I could see if she had any reason whatsoever but that was heavy handed, spiteful, and a blatant abuse of what power she thought she had. GROSS

Well if I could give this place a 100 star review, I would. Not only are Mike and Faith incredible but this store is awesome. Great finds by far. The Big Ugly is great too. If you haven't been there yet, you better check it out. Very professional and fair to their customers. If you're looking for something specific you best be there at 12p on Friday. Not a bad idea to be a bit early as the waiting line gets pretty long. Also the people helping check out are so very helpful also. Awesome team Ugly Box!
