Bin Stores In New Hampshire

I am writing to add my praise to the staff at Mr. Gs in Keene. I recently purchased a treadmill from the store. I brought it home and kept it my garage for about a month until the snow melted and we could move it into my house. After setting it up, I discovered that the screen was cracked. Despite my delay in setting it up, Andrea, one of the managers at the store, was completely sympathetic. She called the owner, who also expressed support for finding a replacement or giving me a refund. Unfortunately, the replacement they found (after much effort on their part) was not an exact match, and the made good on giving me a refund. I can’t say enough about the willingness of all involved to help resolve this situation. If there were 10 stars, I would gladly assign such a eating. Andrea and all the staff have expressed their regret at this not working out in my favor. I am so appreciative!
