I constantly hear the owner boast of all the great things he will do for the store, which is commendable because it shows that he's trying to offer a better shopping experience. Unfortunately, his ideas seem to fall short. The new aisles/ shelves and large carts make moving around very difficult. The mess though is in large part due to the customers being careless in their search for a deal. However, it could be better if the employees would do a walk-through every hour to pick up dropped items back into the bins/ shelves. Sadly, I learned that whatever lands on the floor gets swept and thrown into the garbage, which is very wasteful and contributes to the landfills. Other than that, the deals are pretty good, and the employees I've encountered have been personable, I give them 5 stars for that.”

“WARNING — STAY AWAY FROM UNBOX.<br><br>This business is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and poorly managed. The manager/owner, who calls himself “Sam” (صبحي), has one of the worst attitudes I have ever experienced from someone running a business. He is rude, disrespectful, argumentative, and treats customers like they are a problem instead of the reason the business exists.<br><br>Anytime customers question prices or complain about issues, the attitude immediately becomes defensive and nasty. Instead of fixing problems professionally, management acts aggressively and dismisses people’s concerns. Just look at how they respond to negative reviews online — it tells you everything you need to know about the kind of person running this place.<br><br>The pricing system feels intentionally confusing so customers get overcharged at checkout. Employees change prices at the register, discounts don’t match what is advertised, and customers are expected not to notice. Always scan every item yourself because many prices are misleading.<br><br>Here’s how the pricing is SUPPOSED to work:• $0.50 items → around $0.25• $1 items → around $0.50• $2–$3 items → around $1• $4–$5 items → around $2• $6–$10 items → around $3• $11–$15 items → around $5• $16–$45 items → “price of the day” discounts<br><br>But somehow at the register the numbers magically change depending on who is charging you.<br><br>The furniture “70% OFF” signs are misleading because many times they only apply 50% OFF. Electronics are terrible quality, many don’t work, and some are honestly unsafe. I bought a cotton candy machine that nearly caused a fire in my house. When I brought up concerns, management showed zero accountability.<br><br>The atmosphere in this place reflects the manager completely — chaotic, disrespectful, and untrustworthy. Employees look miserable, customers get treated badly, and the entire store feels disorganized and shady.<br><br>I’ve heard multiple complaints about workers not being treated fairly, delayed payments, and false promises. If management treats employees the same way they treat customers, that explains everything.<br><br>I rarely ever leave reviews, but people need to be warned. This place takes advantage of customers looking for deals while giving terrible service, misleading pricing, unsafe products, and disrespectful treatment.<br><br>Spend your money somewhere that actually values customers and acts professionally, because this place absolutely does not.”

It used to feel like a genuine liquidation outlet where you could find great deals, but now it feels more like a chaotic resale shop. ​The staff now checks and compares prices online for every single item before charging you. The thrill of the hunt is gone when the prices are adjusted in real-time based on a Google search.”

“Unfortunately had an extremely weird experience. Purchased 2 mystery boxes for $50 each. Literally filled with garbage and expired food items. Both boxes are almost absolutely identical. Got 5 iced cubes in total from 2 boxed and 4 boxes of expired cookies, chips and drink mixes. Very disappointing. Food items were expired in September. I believe that they assembled those boxes themselves because of the identical items inside, sad that the decision to fill it with expired items was made by them too.”
