“I love this concept.<br>Really, the boxes need to be opened and the write what is in them on the outside. You would sell so much more!<br>The store was clean.<br>It wasn't overly busy.<br>We were there in the afternoon of the $12 day.<br>Plenty of parking.<br>It's something fun to do on a rainy day.<br>I found a baby shower gift, so it was worth the process.<br>I woyld like to go back when the prices are really low and see how crowded it gets and how customers behave.”

“Pros:<br>-You have a slim chance to find something you need/want for a discount.<br>-On Friday mornings, you can get some higher value stuff (one time I got some automotive stuff for $24 that’s worth about $70)<br>-This location is about 5/10 for the franchise (there’s other locations). It’s not the best deals and you’ve got to make sure you know what you’re looking at so you don’t overpay. Also avoid foodstuffs and other perishable goods here! Not the best, but certainly not the worst. It’s a good activity if you’re free at 8-9AM and need some small stuff.<br>- About an hour after opening, opened packages are resealed and rolled back out. So if another customer puts something back after running inside, you get a chance at it.<br><br>Cons:<br><br>- all boxes are opened beforehand by employees, so “more valuable” items are removed and sold in a separate bin or area.<br><br>-customers here can range from normal and kind to a Black Friday shopper in 2002. Every time I go in the mornings there’s at least one person that cuts in line, unlocks the wheels to the bins, and shoves the tables into everyone else trying to walk in the door. This shouldn’t be happening, and the customer physically assaulting people should be removed. It’s dangerous and I’m sure people have gotten hurt. I personally got a massive bruise across my abdomen from a customer shoving a table directly into me. Employees watch this behavior and don’t say anything or stop them. This is unacceptable and could be a lawsuit because I know for a fact I’m not the only one that gets hurt here.<br><br>-There used to be two lines on either side of the store to open boxes, now there’s only one. They also only allow 4 boxes to be opened. So set aside a lot of time to wait in lines, get a podcast or something to listen to because it can take 1-2 hours.<br><br>- If you look white or don’t speak Spanish first, most employees will be rude to you or straight up ignore you. Even if you try to speak Spanish, the fact you spoke English first is enough. I want to make it clear I don’t care if the employees speak Spanish, so do I, but it’s their attitude about it if you speak English first or don’t look Hispanic to them. There were only two employees ever that didn’t have this attitude, and I want them to know I appreciate them for not making assumptions and being respectful and kind.<br><br>This is my honest review as someone that’s been going here a few times a year for about two years. I still go here on occasion because I know what I’m getting into, but I want others reading this to know what to expect. It used to be better, I wish I could give it a higher rating, it’s just not good anymore.”

“I had such a great experience at Hotbins in Lake Worth! The store is always fun because you never know what amazing finds you’re going to come across, but the customer service made this visit even better. The skinny lady with the straight black hair was absolutely amazing; she was so friendly, patient, and helpful the entire time. She made the atmosphere feel so welcoming and genuinely cared about helping customers. Employees like her are the reason people keep coming back.”

“As far as bin stores goes, this place is not on par with other bin stores I’ve been to like Bin Planet. The store only has two rows of bins. They were packed with lots of paper products, banners, clothing stuff, and Covid masks. I found a box full of a variety of expired medication for sale too. There is a lot of items very random stuff. The other half of the store had lots of Chinese made merchandise selling for cheap. It’s and ok bin store in my opinion.”

“Mostly Amazon Returns ... L Most things $14 on day 1 down to $1 on day 7 ... Straightforward. They have tons of markers... Grab one and write on the box if you are opening it so others know... Some ppl don't know what the heck something is but you might 😄. Also the gent there haggles so offer a fair price of it's mismarked or it's the $14 day and you want a $5 item. More you but the more you save. So basically it's like a real thrift or flea market store 👌”

Today was $2.00 ( per every item) each day they do different sales on their prices . We really wanted to go, and it was somewhat disappointing they didn't have a lot in the bins or alot of inventory. They said that the new inventory will be out on Friday(s).”

“Great selection and bargain prices only IF YOU COME at a specific date and time. If you come after their release of "new arrivals" all you have left are empty boxes and damaged items that are $2 each. You need to ask them when is the next release and have to come there RIGHT ON TIME and not a minute less. They also do not have refunds and returns. Everything is final sale so careful if buying electronic stuff and it's defective. These are amazon returns so buy at your own risk because it's like a gamble and you shouldn't complain what you get.”

“If you love a good treasure hunt, Hot Bins is the place to be. I stop in all the time and always walk away with something great, but my best find by far was a MacBook on a $10 day! It’s the perfect store for all your needs whether you're looking for household essentials or high-end electronics. You never know what goodies you'll find in the bins, but it's always worth the dig. “It's definitely worth stopping. They're open every day but Thursdays 9:00am-7:00pm. Every day is a different Monday - $6, Tuesday - $4, Wednesday - $2, Friday - $12, Saturday - $10, Sunday - $8.<br>They ask that you don't open the boxes and packages instead of taking the items to the back of the store for staff to open so you can see what's inside. Most packaging doesn't have item information on them, and most UPC's aren't recognized...so that's frustrating. I hope they find a better way to allow people to see what's in the packages...I'm sure we would bought a lot more but who wants to wait in line to have someone open the packaging everytime you find something. We found a few good deals and a couple that were pretty close to what we would've paid online, but overall, it's a neat concept they just need to tweak a few things. If you want to try to scan items, click on the lens in the seach bar, then align your phone camera with the UPC on the packages.”
