“This store is similar to other stores from Griffin Way but more clean, bigger and organized! It's our first time coming here because we saw it from Facebook and Google Maps. I'm very impressed with this store! We'll be coming back every other Friday. You choose this one that's big and comfortable for people to explore items! Keep this place!!”

“OK, I'm going give you the good in the bad. I have visited many bin stores from Canada to the US. This one rates low on the list because it did not have as much of a selection in the bins. They did have a lot of products around the perimeter that was for sale at discounted prices . but the bins themselves only offered stuff that has been really raked over .But understandably there was not a lot of people there, so maybe they don't want lose money by investing too much if they don't have the customers to purchase. on the good side, the owner or person working at the register was nice. He offered me a bag when I came in and thanked me when I made my purchase.”

“Very messy and difficult to know what you’re even looking at. Everything is in cardboard boxes that aren’t clearly labeled and thrown together in a big pile so you have to dig if you really feel like looking for something. It doesn’t feel like anything nicer than going to a thrift store or someone’s yard sale. And the prices are higher than what I’d expect. i’d recommend the owners setting it up more like a retail store, if you know what you’re actually looking at, and can find what you’re looking for it makes it easier to make a purchase. I don’t think I’ll be going back, I’m not interested in digging through piles of stuff to try to find a “deal”.”

However the last time I went, just recently, I was with some friends, who were extremely discriminated against by a Hispanic worker.<br>We were accused of opening boxes that were already opened in the bins. We had several things in our cart, which we were planning on taking to the counter to be opened. Yet the young Hispanic worker decided to jump to conclusions, make false accusations and show complete unprofessionalism. I believe she targeted my friends and I due to their sexuality, because out of the times I had been here by myself I have never had an issue. Also, after seeing their discriminatory Facebook videos, I 100% believe this was the case, and this facility discriminates against sexuality, and disabilities.<br>Would not waste my time again coming to this nasty, junky place”

“I love it here! When I got laid off from my job I was visiting a couple of days a week. I found items to resell online for extra income but also found tons of stuff for myself. The best days for me were always $3 and $2 day. I would always find nice clothing, skincare, makeup, household items, etc. I work again full time so I haven’t had a chance to visit in a few months but I imagine they are still putting out some good items. Just make sure you bring gloves, dig to the bottom of the bins (that’s where I found a lot of my goodies) and give yourself PLENTY of time. You don’t realize how fast time flies by when you are digging for treasure lol.”

“A large swath of junk with the false promise of treasure. Bought a toaster and kettle. The kettle didn’t work, and the toaster was so crusty that my entire apartment smelled like fish after plugging it for a few mins. I wouldn’t waste my time here if I were you.”

“Maybe you just have to know to show up on the correct day to actually find stuff other than junk. We decided to stop since it was just off 40 and on our route home. On a Sunday, there was pretty much nothing in the bins. Only about 8 bins had anything in them and 4 of those were random clothing items. The other bins had some broken items, some mystery boxes, lots of cell phone cases, tons of likely expired COVID tests, some teacher type items (bulletin board border, gold stars) and a ton of ugly hats from a certain person. I did see lots of people with their big blue bag full of items (for $10), so obviously some people find stuff they can use. It wasn't what I was expecting based on other bin stores. The workers were nice though.”

“Sometimes it is good, sometimes it's great, and sometimes circumstances are just unfortunate. I had filled a bag on $3 day and brought it to the back to start a cart with my name on it while I started a new bag. Thirty minutes later, I went to retrieve my bag to check out and was told by the guy that my items had been returned to the bins because they thought I left. He said they called out my name, and no one answered. No, they didn't. There were maybe 10 people in the store. No one called anything. Then he changed his story and said he asked the new girl working the back table with him if I was still there, and SHE said I left. So he returned my items. One of the more seasoned employees (pretty lady who normally works the register) tried to help me recover my items, which we maybe found 25% of them. But she was the only one. The guy pretended to help look but then took a break. I haven't been back since and I used to go weekly. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and I don't trust that all the employees respect the process.”

“This stores Carrie’s closed boxes that are returns from Amazon and other businesses. It’s the luck of the draw as you don’t know what’s in the boxes or if they work or are missing pieces. You are allowed to take the boxes to the back and open them in front of employees. The prices are great if you get something that works and has value. You take a big risk on most items, especially electronics. The bins start at $12 on Fridays and drop price everyday. They have more expensive items behind the counter, supposedly those come with a warranty. I e heard horror stories about the employees and management. I have to be honest, I was treated with respect and the two ladies I interacted with were very friendly and one was the manager. It’s the luck of the draw. If you like to be risky than this place is for you. I found some good items, so no complaints today!”

“If you like a treasure Hunt or maybe a gamble this is the store for you. I did not have much time. They had excellent prices for Sunday at $7 for items in the bin. Mostly boxes it is difficult to know what you are getting. If you go with a sense of adventure, it will be fun.”

“Fantastic place to shop bargains i go to this place weekly you cant find any better bargains the owner is very generous also helps the community and homeless the the dates on the products are not always up to dat but that just tells us best by if it is sealed and no smell or mold it is good to eat up to a year on many products you do need patience and time to search through but it is worth ever minute I spend here thankful for this place I couldn't afford the regular prices in the stores and wouldn't purchase them anywhere else this store has truly been a blessing to me my family and the community.”

“I visited for the first time today about an hour before close so didn’t really have much time to “treasure hunt” cause that’s exactly how I would describe it. It wasn’t very crowded but there is stuff everywhere which messes with my anxiety cause you literally have to dig through boxes or atleast have a keen eye for what you may be looking for. Or even what you didn’t know you was looking for cause you may “accidentally” find that too. It’s like Walmart, Target, Big Lots, CVS, Amazon and whatever other store you can think of just decided to merge one day and this where they take all the crap that didn’t sell. With that being said though, Take your x-ray glasses with you because I’m sure there’s diamonds in there somewhere. It’s a fun little adventure for normal people. Maybe not so much for someone on the spectrum like me. It was sensory overload.”

“Awesome customer service! It's like they have full bag radar because they appear out of nowhere with an empty bag to swap for your full one and they put the full one in the back for you. Also, the food deals are incredible. If the expiration dates matter to you than be sure to look at them before purchasing. All and all, everything I've shopped at DaaBin Store I've bought a full bag of stuff. It's becoming an expensive habit, but so worth it.”

“Not family friendly. First Bin hut I have gone too that you are not allow to use the carts. I understand not taking them out their location but to not use in the establishment is crazy especially when you have younger children or as I had a carseat with my infant. My husband and I recently moved to the area and decided to check this place out, we had our baby asleep in his car seat and our toddler with us so we grabbed one of the MANY available shopping carts to put the kids in. While we were shopping an employee came and told me I needed to put the cart back as the carts are not for customers.... How ignorant and poor of their customer service to not allow a mom to shop with her children safely secured in a cart. We had some items we picked out and intended to purchase but due to the inability to use a grocery cart for its intended us and to keep our children safe and secure, we promptly left and will not be returning, I will make sure to tell everyone we know to never give this place their money or business.”

“This 1 star is only because of the woman that checked us out. There were boxes of proactive and my daughter wanted them. We grabbed each box we saw. When it was time to pay. The girl at the register snatched 2 of the boxes up and was making the ugliest awful faces while doing the snatching. She was throwing her head around like it was on fire or something. .Granted 2 of boxes were open when we found them. She says each box had 3 items in them each. Okay, that’s fine. But then proceed to try and make us pay .25 per item. If each box has 3 items each, wouldn’t that be .25 of 3 items. The money is not the problem. Her attitude and the way she handled it was! The young lady marking receipts was very pleasant. The manager needs to talk to the register girl on costumer service or let her work in the back away from customers.”

“Great finds here, prices are different each day. Sunday is $5. Thursday is 25 cent. Multiple bins throughout the store. Have a electrical station to test your items. The lighting in here is minimal, could improve with more lighting for brightness. Staff friendly and helpful. “I visited "Where Yall Been" and honestly, the name says it all... because after this experience, I won't be back. Ever.<br><br>I spent $42.90 on a wireless microphone that was advertised like it would work for all phones, but surprise--it only worked for iPhones. I have a Samsung, and there was no clear warning, no tech support, and absolutely no refund or exchange offered. I basically paid $42.90 for something that doesn't work and can't be returned. That's unacceptable.<br><br>As if that wasn't enough, the store has NO public bathroom. I had to leave and go to Target just to use the restroom. This alone tells you the level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic hospitality. What kind of store doesn't even provide a restroom for paying customers?<br><br>But here's where things get seriously disturbing:<br><br>While reading through the reviews, I found multiple complaints about unsafe incidents happening in the store. One person described how two teenagers shoved a pregnant woman, and the manager stood by and did nothing. Even more concerning--she allegedly described the teens in her own comment but still took no action. And just TWO WEEKS AGO, a similar situation happened again.<br><br>There seems to be a pattern of ignoring customer safety, brushing off dangerous behavior, and running the place with no real accountability. That's not just bad customer service--it's irresponsible and honestly scary.<br><br>And let's talk about the manager for a second:<br>So many reviews mention her being unhelpful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It feels like the store operates with a "don't care, won't help" attitude, and that's why experiences like mine--and worse--keep happening.<br><br>If you're thinking of shopping here, don't. “I used to buy some stuff here, sometimes you find interesting things for less. Lately the quality of items is well below $5 and the employees are very rude and unpleasant making the shopping experience a nightmare.<br>I saw few staff members arguing multiple times with customers for no real reason. Many boxes are already falling apart and are open, however they randomly blame people for doing that instead of re-packing it properly.<br>I also had few situations where a set of 4 was on a broken box and they want to charge you for them as 4 individual items, no thanks.<br>It used to be fun but now It’s time to shop somewhere else”

“It's nice and clean and the workers are nice. And the stuff is intact unlike other stores. However, I think the owner has cut back on putting the good stuff out on $10 days. I use to be able to find all kinds of great deals. Items ranging in value of $60, and even way higher than that on a regular basis. Even the $7 days were great. Many bin stores start of well and then suffer from to the owners deciding to keep the higher quality items to themselves. Treasure Hunters have lowered their prices and started cracking down on people destroying things and even have giveaways now. Toteboys is still a good place to go for now, but hopefully things get better and it doesn't become a low return on value bin store.”

Got a 50$ phone. Will not work what so ever. Called the store that the phone was which was Verizon and they told me there was nothing they could do because it wasn’t scanned at a retail store like Walmart they scan a bar code on the box to prove it was bought and can be active with a service. Being that didn’t happen they can’t active it. So got a useless phone. Also have phone cases that are advertised as the wrong size. Idk how many phone cases I have bought and they don’t fit but they swear up and down it’s that right size. Even says the right size but definitely not the right size. Don’t waste your money here. Also if you price things at different stores like they have Walmart products. They are cheaper at Walmart. 🤷🏻‍♀️”

My favorite is dollar day, because you never know what you might find. Worth checking out for sure. I'm sure it is not as relaxed on restock day, so prepare yourself for that. “This would be a great store. But the stuff isn’t there when you go! The owner posts on Facebook about what she has “Restocked” then you get to the store and wait 30 minutes to an hour to get there first. Then once your in the store it has disappeared !<br><br>I think the owner is pulling stuff to the back for her friends. So you never really have a chance! If your going to pull for your friends.. then you shouldn’t post pictures on Facebook about what you have. False advertising! But I guess if you start doing that then you would only be able to take pictures of the junk that’s left.”
